Modes of address
direct/indirect
Direct- speaking to the viewer directly, using you or your(but not always)and it reinforces preferred reading.
indirect- more 'objective' speech and more descriptive about the product.
Authoritative/ familiar
Authoritative- telling you what to do and uses imperative speeches.
familiar- more chatty speeches
